A new store opened up in Yorkville ( 80 Yorkville Avenue) not too long ago and it is full of little surprises.  This 2 storey womenswear, accessories and home decore store is a popular US chain that is now in Canada.  There’s another location at Don Mills if you don’t want to travel all the way downtown.

CrazyDiva came out with some goodies after her visit.  The first thing that caught her eye was a pair of fancy loop earrings.  They were a reasonable $28 at regular price:

The next item was a fancy polka dot blouse which was on sale.  Originally $90, it was discounted to $40:

Surprisingly, I found a few items I like too… and NO, it’s not women’s clothing.  They are selling lots of kitchen gadgets that can also be displayed as art pieces.  Since I am building a collection of interesting kitchenware, these items caught my attention.  They are a little out of my price range, but they might be right for you.

A mini-condiment set at $28.  Given how small each piece is, it looks very cute (especially the the miniature spoon).

A mini-salt and pepper jar for $32.  Instead of storing salt and pepper, I would use these to serve sorbet fancy-restaurant style.

A cool looking honey jar that would compliment any kitchen ($28).

These geese shaped measuring cups ($32) are the coolest thing ever!  I would of purchased them if the measurements weren’t inside the cups (it’s impossible to level off the correct amount of dry ingredients with a knife).
