While attending my friend’s wedding, the wedding flavors given to the guests were boxes of blooming tea.  Not knowing what blooming tea was before, I thought it would be fun to show how the tea bulb “bloomed” into a flower.

After a few minutes, the tea has fully bloomed…

The tea was good!  It tasted like high quality Jasmine Tea.  The bulb is meant to brew in a teapot but I was too lazy to search it.  I just brewed it in the cup instead.
